This User Agreement governs your use of Aevra, a portrait atelier app for portrait styling previews, image rendering, Gleams render credits, local lookbook records, and Noor stylist guidance. By using Aevra, you agree to this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
Aevra lets you browse portrait looks, upload or capture a portrait source, choose rendering options, spend Gleams to create portrait outputs, save selected results, keep a lookbook, and request styling advice from Noor. Aevra is a creative tool and does not provide identity verification, biometric identification, professional photography guarantees, or legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
Aevra uses a local quick entry flow. You do not need to sign in with a third-party identity provider to begin using the app. The app may create a local session identifier, initialize a default Gleams balance, and store app preferences and lookbook records on your device.
You are responsible for the portrait source images, messages, prompts, preferences, and other content you submit or create through Aevra. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, capture, edit, render, save, and use any portrait source image you provide.
You grant Aevra and its service providers a limited right to process your submitted content solely to operate app features you request, including rendering portraits, generating Noor styling advice, saving outputs, maintaining lookbook records, troubleshooting, safety, and security.
Rendered outputs may be imperfect, unexpected, inaccurate, or visually different from the input image or requested style. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before saving, sharing, or relying on them. Aevra does not guarantee that a render will preserve every detail of your appearance, clothing, lighting, expression, or background.
You agree not to use Aevra to create, submit, request, save, or share content that:
Gleams are in-app render credits used to request portrait renders. The product document describes each portrait render as using 18 Gleams. Available packages may include 90, 260, 720, 1800, 4200, and 12000 Gleams, with prices shown in the app at the time of purchase.
Purchases are processed through Apple. Payment, refunds, billing, taxes, family sharing eligibility, and purchase restoration may be governed by Apple Media Services terms and App Store policies. Gleams are digital credits for use inside Aevra and have no cash value except where required by law.
The Settings screen may include Clear Local Session and Delete Local Data controls. Clear Local Session is intended to return the app to the entry state while preserving generated records and balance where supported. Delete Local Data is intended to remove local session data, balance, history, cached images, and preferences stored by the app. Some information processed by Apple or third-party services may remain subject to their retention practices and legal obligations.
Aevra may use third-party services for image rendering, payment processing, hosting, analytics, infrastructure, and platform distribution. Your use of those features may also be subject to third-party terms and privacy practices.
Aevra, including its app design, names, interface, visual system, look names, prompts, workflows, software, and related materials, is owned by its developer or licensors. Except for rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred under this User Agreement.
Subject to this User Agreement and third-party rights, you may use outputs you generate for personal, portfolio, profile, and social use. You remain responsible for confirming that your use of any image complies with applicable laws and the rights of people shown in the image.
Aevra may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, styles, Gleams packages, service providers, pricing, or availability at any time. Some features require network access and may fail or be delayed due to connectivity, provider availability, rate limits, safety systems, or platform restrictions.
Aevra is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and exact output quality.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aevra and its developers, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost credits, reputational harm, or content-related claims arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or restrict access to Aevra features if we believe you violated this User Agreement, created risk for others, abused the service, attempted to bypass payment or security systems, or used the app unlawfully. You may stop using Aevra at any time and may use local data controls where available.
We may update this User Agreement when the app, features, service providers, legal requirements, pricing, or policies change. Continued use of Aevra after an update means you accept the updated terms.
