Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 3, 2026

Aevra is a portrait atelier app that helps you preview studio portrait styles, prepare a portrait source, render portrait results, save selected outputs, manage Gleams render credits, and ask Noor, the portrait stylist, for practical styling guidance. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Aevra.

1. Information You Provide

Depending on how you use the app, you may provide or generate the following information:

2. Face Data

Aevra collects face data only when you choose to upload a portrait from Photos or capture a portrait with the camera for rendering. The face data is the visible portrait content contained in that user-selected image, including face geometry, facial features, hair, skin tone, expression, and related visual characteristics.

Aevra uses face data only to provide the portrait render you request: preparing the uploaded image, sending the image and render instructions to the image processing service, preserving the person's visual identity in the generated portrait, applying the selected look, crop, intensity, and background settings, displaying the result, and supporting troubleshooting, safety, security, and abuse-prevention needs.

Aevra does not use face data for biometric identification, face recognition, identity verification, advertising profiling, sale, or user-to-user sharing.

When you tap Render Portrait, Aevra first shows a required Render Data Consent disclosure sheet. If you check the confirmation box and continue, Aevra sends the portrait image, visible face content, render settings, and style prompt to GPT.ge / V-API at api.gpt.ge so the requested portrait render can be generated. GPT.ge / V-API receives this information only after you explicitly agree to send this portrait data for the render, and it is used only to provide the requested image processing. If you cancel or do not confirm the disclosure sheet, Aevra does not upload portrait data or create a render request. Aevra does not share face data with third parties for unrelated purposes.

3. Local Session Data

Aevra is designed for quick local entry and does not require a third-party identity provider to start. When you tap Continue, the app creates a local session identifier and stores it on your device using system storage. This local session is used to remember that you entered the app and to initialize or maintain your Gleams balance.

The app can store preferences such as result format, whether to save the original photo, high detail rendering, render history, cached images, and lookbook records locally on your device. The Settings screen includes controls to clear the local session or delete local data.

4. Camera and Photo Library Access

Aevra asks for camera or photo library access only when you choose to capture or upload a portrait source. You can change these permissions in your device settings. If permission is denied, the related capture or upload features may not work.

5. Portrait Rendering and Styling Processing

When you tap Render Portrait and then confirm the required Render Data Consent disclosure sheet, the portrait source and render instructions are sent to GPT.ge / V-API at api.gpt.ge so the selected portrait style can be generated. The app may use face-aware lighting, crop, wardrobe tone, and background instructions to produce the requested result. If you cancel or do not confirm the disclosure sheet, Aevra does not upload portrait data or create a render request. Aevra does not use this processing to identify you or verify your identity.

When you use Noor Stylist in this build, your message and relevant style context are processed locally in the app to produce portrait styling suggestions. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information in Noor messages.

6. How Information Is Used

Aevra uses information to:

7. Third-Party Services

Aevra may rely on third-party services for the following functions:

These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices. Aevra requires third-party service providers that process shared personal data to provide the same or equal protection for that data as described in this Privacy Policy. Aevra does not sell your portrait source images, face data, generated portraits, or Noor messages.

8. App Tracking Transparency

If Aevra uses identifiers for ad measurement or portrait studio promotion attribution across apps and websites owned by other companies, the app asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency system prompt before that tracking occurs. You can allow or deny this request, and the core portrait studio features remain available after either choice. You can change tracking permission later in iOS Settings.

9. Retention and Deletion

Portrait source images and face data selected for rendering are held in app memory for the active render flow. Aevra does not create a server account for you and does not operate its own long-term server storage for source portraits or face data. Generated results and lookbook records may be stored locally on your device if the app saves them for your lookbook or result history.

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, uninstall the app, reset the device, or use in-app controls such as Clear Local Session or Delete Local Data. Clear Local Session removes the local session marker while preserving generated records and balance where supported. Delete Local Data is intended to remove the local session, balance, history, cached images, and preferences stored by the app.

Information sent to GPT.ge / V-API or infrastructure services may be retained by those providers for limited periods according to their operational, security, abuse-prevention, and legal requirements.

10. Your Choices

You can choose not to upload or capture a portrait source, cancel or leave the Render Data Consent disclosure sheet unconfirmed, not to use Noor Stylist, not to buy Gleams, and not to save generated results. You can also manage camera and photo permissions in iOS settings and use in-app data controls where available.

11. Children

Aevra is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us through the support channel listed on Aevra's App Store product page so we can review the request.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information handled by the app. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and portrait processing may require network transmission when you request rendering or styling features.

13. International Processing

Information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live. Data protection laws may differ from those in your location.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, service providers, legal requirements, or privacy practices change. The Last updated date will reflect the latest revision.
